One shouldn't believe. Typically you need to select a plant may be based on certain criteria or interest. collect all the paper and look for the quality of publication going by Authors, Institutuions, Publisher of article etc. Then start screening the paper what tests they have carried out on what component of plant. You have to document in details of test substance, dose (final concentration in ECF), cell line tested, cancertype tested, etc with a tab on clinical trials of appropriate design.

In academics in developing countries, lot of compromise occurs and papers are being published for credits. So keep your rider of lens high.
