Does anybody have experience to import weaven textile model from texgen to abaqus? I imported it. It is imported as orphan mesh that you cannot edit the geometry. I dealt with that and finally solve it. However, the problem is in mesh. Actually, the element type while importing from texgen to abaqus is C3D8R or C3D8. However, my mesh is tet mesh since the abaqus does not allow other kind of mesh with this element. On the other hand, we used composite lay-up option to model the composite. I am really confused about this. Using the tet mesh also results in error while analyzing and it says that layered material properties is not compatible with this type of element.
Anybody has any idea?

Thanks for your answer. Actually, I know that in order to have the properties we can use 4SC. I want to model and analyze completely and verify with tensile test. This is the reason why I asked whether anybody did it before
The problem with this software is that after importing to the abaqus it is really hard to run your fem model. It is orphan mesh and even after creating geometry from mesh still you have problem editing your model.
