Wiley provides several templates for their journals and publications. For a double-column template, you can use the Wiley LaTeX template, which is available for download on their website. Here are the steps to access the template:
Go to the Wiley Author Services website: https://authorservices.wiley.com/author-resources/Journal-Authors/Prepare-Your-Manuscript/LaTeX-templates.html
Scroll down to "Two-column Journal Templates" and select the template for your specific journal.
Download the template zip file and extract its contents.
Open the .tex file in your preferred LaTeX editor (such as Overleaf or TeXstudio) and begin editing your manuscript.
Note that you will need to have a basic understanding of LaTeX to use the template effectively. If you're unfamiliar with LaTeX, Wiley also provides a LaTeX resources page with tutorials and examples to help you get started.
