Hi colleagues
does anyone know how to design primers and probes for repeated sequence such as Alu elements?
how could i get the right sequence of Alu elements from NCBI ?
i will be appreciated if you answer me ASAP.
Thanks
Hello, the same topic is well discussed here. Good luck!
