Can I use 0.05%EDTA or 0.05%NaN3 instead of 0.02%Trypsin to remove a few proteins from my test tissue?
If so then what will the difference in the result that I get be?
Are there any alternatives to trypsin that I can use?
No. Trypsin digests proteins. Sodium azide is just a preservative. Edta can act as protease inhibitor.
Why do you want to avoid using trypsin?
