For reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR), I isolate RNA then make cDNA by that RNA and conventional PCR is done to know the gene expression by specific primer. To know expression of 3 genes, i got no band for 1 gene, 1 band can be seen but not as bright as my control and other band brightness is like my control gene. These two band both (Dim and bright) indicate that gene expression?

- Providing your bands are the right size then yes regardless of intensity it is likely to indicate your specific gene
- Differences in band intensity are not uncommon and Likely to indicate the expression levels of your 3 genes
