Can someone explain how to calculate 2g/kg/body weight dose of any extract to be administered to animal of 500kg.

You need to perform a rule of three.
2g extract _______ 1 Kg
x _______ 500 Kg
x = 1,000 g (or 1 Kg extract)
After, you will need to calculate the amount of extract based on the administration route. In water, you will need to know how much water per day the animal drinks. After, add the amount you want (e.g.,1 kg) in this volume, to assure the daily dosage. For diet, you follow the same idea, based on food intake/day.
