Nowadays many scientists add a few scientists for paying APC charges. The work described in paper has no relationship with the scientists who pays APC. The corresponding author acknowledge the grant No of the scientists who pays APC. I just want to understand is this a healthy practice and how to stop scientists for doing this?

When a person have a good quality research and want to keep it open access so that every one who wish to read and get acquainted with new horizon of science, it became necessary evil for authors to add other others who can contribute monetarily and make available the articles to author.....
Then using SCI-HUB downloading the paid article is a good research practice.

If the research is novel does that mean it should be published in a journal with high APC that the main author will be unable to pay. There are many journals that doesn't ask APC but these journal ask quality research. Further, the author have option to publish their paper open acess tin these journals also
I didn't know about this practice, it's unethical but nowadays the APC charges are so high especially for researchers from third world countries so i somehow understand their behaviour.

I know the researchers in third world will be unable to pay APC charges but i am unable to understand that why to publish in journals which are exclusively open acess when there are journals with both open and Paywal options.
Adding others names which has no relevance to the subject (or pooling many for lowering APC changes) is an unethical proctice, but no way to control it. You have to act according to your conscious.
Every person is write in terms to their thinking about why to add, when to add and how to add an author, because If APC are not there in any research publication then it is unjustifiable to add authors, who get their name with out their contribution, if simply how many authors are not adding authors without their contributions, some is adding to get their publication accept, some is adding authors who pay for APC, some are adding authors to get their publication recognition, some are adding authors to get number of citation, some are adding authors without contributions, at the end it is justifiable to add authors because without them it is not possible to get published easily

Many add authors to publish in open access journal as these authors know our paper will not be accepted in a journal with no APC
Universities and Institutions are having set system for approving research outputs for publication either PME cell, Publication cell etc who check the authencity of research and any sort of colloboration. Any author from other country/ Institution if added should have got the proof for its colloboration to ensure inclusion in the author list. Adding authors from other countries is unethical and fault lies with corresponding aurhors and Institutions who dont have such check points.
Any co-author should have a real contribution to the scientific paper, even if he/she pays the charge of the publication.
If an author cannot afford the high APC for a highly ranked journal, and still wants to publish in the highly-ranked journal. One option is to check with your institution whether it covers APC for the institutions' researchers. If they don't, you can bring in a partner to join you as co-author to split the fees, provided that you ask the new author to do some work in the paper. You can ask the author to update the literature and use more recent citations or you can ask the author to check for typing errors or something else to make sure the new author contributes in some way. That way, you will be able to afford the high APC by splitting the cost and the author also makes a contribution to the work. Even if the author contributes 15% while you contribute 85%, its still a contribution either way. Your reward for having the larger share is to be the first author and probably to pay a lesser share of the APC.
If you go into the question of ethics, there is no moral standard on this. The authors' circumstances dictate the decision on this matter. I think the ethical question we should be asking is whether it is right to pay a fee to read a good scientific paper?
But if author are getting role and contribution without working in the papers then how it is justifiable.... Same is if we have to publish in open access to make it available to others who can't pay for, who wish to read the papers and get acquainted with our research it's necessary
I'm really shocked by this issue! It is a moral/ethical issue that has severe implications.
A research leader that accepts including an author for financial reasons is violating the core essence of scientific merit. Students and collaborators should be considering the long-term consequences of working with such a type of researcher.
