As it is understood that milk is a buffer solution, therefore it will be very surprising to see a milk sample at pH 11 or 12. Addition of mastitis milk alone cannot give this pH. I am just wondering that if we add a strong alkaline, then to make 7000 liter milk pH to 11 or 12, how much alkaline solution we will have to achieve this pH?
