3D CFD analysis of Rotating Detonation Engine using ANSYS Fluent ?

I am trying to simulate a rotating detonation engine having a pre-detonator attached with the main RDE annulus. Should I provide the mass flow inlet for the premixed condition at the very start or should I wait for the combustion product from the pre-detonator to reach the end of the tube then I start the RDE inlet ?

Please help, it is very urgent
