Hello everyone,

I'm currently having issues in trying to obtain an extracted DNA sample with 260/230 ratio values ranging from 2.0 to 2.2 for Nanopore downstream analysis.

Right now after extraction with a guanidine thiocyanate-based method, magnetic beads purification and several EtOH 70% wash steps I can reach values as high as 1.5 but can't go beyond that. (260/280 ratio is on point at 1.8)

Does anyone have recommendations on how to solve this problem?
