I have a group of women with active TB and wanted to identify if the pregnant ones are at higher or lower risk to develop active TB. Most of the women (84 %) were not pregnant or not in postpartum during TB onset, whereas 6.6% of them were in the postpartum 0-6 months at TB onset, followed by pregnant ones who were 5 % at TB onset. and 4.4 % of them were in postpartum 7-12 months at TB onset. I appreciate any ideas regarding this

I am not sure but I think they will be at higher risk to develop active TB because, during pregnancy the body immunity of pregnant woman drops, putting her at higher risk of being easily attacked by pathogens.

Thanks all for your ideas. To clarify my question further, how can I show that the pregnant women (5%) among active TB women in my study are at higher or lower risk to develop active TB compared to the non pregnant ones(84%) or the post partum ones ?
Based on given limited details of the study, pregnant women and women in postpartum period, both of them are at higher risk to develop active TB.

You have two groups like Pregnant and Non Pregnant Ladies. Now those pregnant ladies are your cases ( Pregnant with Active TB), select all these as Cases and Non Pregnant as control in whatever ratio you like but belwo 1;4.
Then access and calculate the odds.
Looks like the number of pregnant women is low, else you would take them as cases and the non pregnant as controls and compare
I think that pregnancy weakens a woman's immunity, and therefore the possibility of disease emergence is higher
