Hi, I would like to know if someone knows the composition of the Binding Buffer from the Dead Cell Removal Kit from Miltenyi Biotec. Have you tried a home-made alternative?

Commercial kits are proprietary products and exact composition is not disclosed. Further the mentioned kit is not just buffer based but also contains microbeads and magneticbeads. Please read the technical description of the kit for more information.
