I want to see if there are any technology out there that will allow me to do a cell count inside of a hydrogel (the hydrogel is inside an insert). We currently have hydrogel inside an insert and have been having issues with the Z-stack imaging of the cells.

Counting cells deep within a hydrogel insert can be tricky with traditional imaging. Light sheet microscopy offers high-resolution imaging by focusing light on a single plane. Alternatively, confocal microscopy captures images layer-by-layer for 3D reconstruction. If these aren't ideal, consider physically section
