Zebrafish fin cell primary culture protocol

hi, I did zebrafish caudal fin cell primary culture.

I want to discard remained caudal fin tissue when i do sub-culture. but it is difficult for me. how can i efficiently discard remained caudal fin tissue? I want to sub-culture only cells.

And, I did primary culture following method in this paper.
