A young female, carrying a mulitlocular splenic cyst for eight years. Ca19-9 increased from normal to over 1000 u/L. In the last three years, she has accepted one laparoscope window operation and two percutaneous aspiration, sclerosis under US-Guided in past five years. The size of cysts does not decrease at all. There were no malignant signs in her whole body Pet-CT scan. What should be the next therapy choice?
