Will the people of more provinces have access to justice as the equal gender with equal rights and respect in the society and who is going to make guaranteed.
It looks like that the political regimes are twisting the issue for making their hold more strong not alone on the numerical mandate but of the financial too to have more funds for the province and make their looting increased such as done in the past.
Making the more provinces is good idea but need more and rigorous accountability culture in the society to fix the rulers and make the thing public along with conditional to have the finances and their related activities or the services also public and streamline it with the gross root level.
The dream of having more provinces will not help the deprived and the commons unless the practicing goes to the union levels with their findings and strict accountability culture that is naturally helping the people or the societies having access to justice and probably at their door step.
If we make 100 provinces and fail in delivering justice to the common the beneficiaries would be then the ruling regimes like the earlier.
I think that the achievement of justice and equality for the people of the provinces depends on two aspects, the first is the legal regulation of the powers of the province, especially, the financial independence . The second aspect relates to the existence of a clear relationship between the Center and the governorates in terms of oversight and accountability.
