I am trying to perform an assay where I first coat a 96-well plate with PLL before conjugating the free amines with an NHS-biotin.

I was wondering if it is possible to coat polystyrene med-bind plates with PLL. I know there is a lot of literature using PLL to coat glass cover slips for tissue culture but there is much less about its efficiency in coating plastic 96-well plates. Is this possible? If not should I switch to using high-bind plates or are there other alternatives?
