Hi,

I was wondering if we inject a fluorophore intravenously in a rat or human, will the cancer cells that the fluorophore binds to will be visible to naked eye?

If yes, what are the factors that needs to be considered when injecting the fluorophore? Do you know the quantity of fluorophore that the doctors usually inject so that it is fluorescent enough to be seen with naked eye?

If no, how powerful the camera or sensing the device needs to be to image the cells?

Any feedback is welcome. As this question is broad, broad answers are welcome.

Thank you.
