I got a question on my calculation method which I calculate column, beam, plate, and shear wall in respective order. I calculated it that way because I assume it's the same principle with construction method that you have to build column first. However, I need some literature to back up my assumption but I cannot find it.
Does anyone here have the reference? Thank you in advance.

I do not know who told you about any order (sequence) in calculation. Believe me, if formation of your building's design model is correctly done, then it does not matter which structural element you will calculate first.

It's better to consider a sequence like from top to bottom or from bottom to top. It's not compulsory or regulated to calculate column first and beam, plates next.
