I'm studying hormonal adulterant in the dietary supplement. At the beginning of validation, I inject the concentration series of hormone standards. But I had not repeatable result in an injection of hormone standards within three days. This process was repeated over and over many times at concentrations 25,50,100,250 and 500ppb. In no two days didn't have the same result.
The instruments like HPLC need to operate continuously to have repeatable results. A lot of hard work and repetitions are required to standardize particular procedure in order to have repeatable results.
