Maybe you have gas leak ? Or perhaps the "Nitrogen" tank or source is actually an AIR source? *I had a client a few years ago experience a similar issue where the "Nitrogen" source they were using was ruled out as a source of their problem, but when I investigated it, I found that their in-house gas source had been changed over to "house air" by their facility personnel a few months earlier. They though that it would not impact anyone.
*Troubleshooting is best started by not assuming, and instead checking each item.
Thanks William, I definitely checked it out and it is 99.9% nitrogen gas. In fact we use the same cylinder to remove dissolve oxygen from the water when there is a slight increase. For example, after a few weeks, the DO in water improves from 1.5 mg/L to 2.5 mg/L and we use nitrogen to make it again
That is good news. Do you have any filters or traps in-line? Maybe another item worth checking?
