Why there is a negative and positive value of intensity at same emission/excitation wavelength in EEM?

I start using the spectrofluorometer "Duetta" from Horiba scientific. The result that I have from the emission-excitation matrix seems wrong from the negative and positive value..

Can you please show (plot) one emission spectra where it is negative? There is too many spectra in this particular plot (matrix). Are you performing some kind of background subtraction?
