Does anyone know what are the circular-shaped transparent elements in culture ?

Hello, I'm currently cultivating patients' metastases in a medium supplemented in Penicillin and streptomycin and last week I observed the appearance of those circular transparent components. I was wondering if by any chance someone experimented the same in their cultures.
