In reference to IAEA-TECDOC-847 (attached), the VVER-1000 core composed of fuels of 2%, 3%, 3.3% enrichment and more complicated profiled fuel assembly… our MCNP simulation shows there is not much difference in power distribution using either 2%, 3% or 3.3%. It also doesn’t contribute significantly in power flattening. I am seeking a clarification of such fuel composition in a PWR core. Thanks anybody answering the question in advance.
