In isolating the exosome from the rat adipocyte mesenchymal stem cells after removal of FBS, the cells were seperated from the bottom of the flask after 24 hours. Will the cells isolated from the bottom of the flask be able to produce the exosome?

A drastic deprivation of FBS or any growth factor induced cell death. It seems to be the case here.
Perhaps, you have wash twice with PBS or culture medium without growth factors ?
Try to "just" remove complete cell culture and add fresh culture medium without FBS

Human adipose mesenchymal cells also detach after 72 hours of removal of FBS.
