why the interaction between ABA and activated carbon has positive effect on somatic embryogenesis?

Somatic embryogenesis takes place where there is inhibition of growth and induction of embryo which requires molecular changes in the growth hormone levels. A reduction or inhibition of growth regulators will promote embryogenesis while excess of growth hormones will increase callus growth. The switch has to be found.
