Recently I was doing a CCK8 experiment and found that the 24-hour IC50 and 48-hour IC50 are not the same as the 48-hour IC50 is wider in scope, is this an indication that the drug does not increase efficacy as the duration of action increases?
The cell line is raw264.7.
