You need to give more details about these cultivars which are 'red' or 'green'. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that the names of these varieties will be very much helpful, as in most cases they have local names in different countries.
We need to consider that, for the different cultivars also, there are different optimum harvest dates and different optimum storage conditions related to temperature and gas combinations.
