According to Einstein if any particle travels faster and reaches the speed of light the mass increases. More amount of energy is needed to keep it in motion. As it reaches the speed of light the mass would be infinite. So my question is if photon has energy and travelling at a speed of light how can its mass zero? IF its mass is zero then why it is effected by the strong gravitational force of the black hole as stated by Einstein?
