I've tried separating all the phospholipids and betaine lipid DGTS but the condition is not reproducible in many times. Mostly I found my sample (PL) don't separate well ad the 2nd TLC.
What are probably the reasons? Most of my spots stick close together and forming streaks.

what solvent mix are you using? methyl acetate/isopropanol/chloroform/methanol/0.25% (w/v) KCl (25:25:25:10:9, by vol) works perfect in both TLC and HPTLC
