I am working on lead-free perovskite solar cell, TiO2 is an ETL that has been prepared by RF sputtering. I have noticed that perovskite layer did not adhere very well on TiO2 surface and the resulted layer was so thin. So far I have changed the speed and time of the rotation during spin coating process, but no results has been obtained.
Could you please suggest me techniques to solve this problem?
