We have collected several images for two independent runs of an experiment using two different confocal microscopes and settings. Thus, the intensity values collected through ImageJ were different between the two runs for the same conditions. The results of the second run validate the differences found in the first run, so we can validate our first run results. However, what are our options to merge the data into one single file/image/...?
