I want to deposit MnOx on BiVO4 to enhance water oxidation kinetics and enhance stability for photoelectrochemical system. But I can't deposit well on BiVO4, and stability is also poor. How can I improve my sample? I also try to deposit MnOx on Fe2O3. It seems better than BiVO4. (Please refer to the figure)

My experiment method: photo-assisted electrodeposition

solution: 0.01 M MnSO4+0.5 M Na2SO4 (pH=6.1)

light intensity: 2 mW

applied current: 10 uA (~4 mC)

Dried by N2 gentlely, put electrode under atomosphere for one night.

Thanks for your assistance!
