There is one peak near 0.4-0.5 V vs. RHE appearing during my LSV second run test (peak doesn't appear during first run test). My experimental setup is below.
Photoanode: BiVO4
Counter electrode: Pt
Electrolyte: 0.5 M Na2SO4
I guess it might relate to the photocorrosion of BiVO4 photoanode. I've already checked redox potential table. But I still have no idea.
Can anyone help me? I appreciate for your kind help.

That usually occurs due to reduction/oxidation of BiVO4 under bias which is conventionally determined via cyclic voltammetry (CV) test.
Usually if the thickness of BiVO4 is large or if BiVO4 is not well crystallized, you will see this kind of peak.
