Why Jurkat : MDA-MB-231 coculture ratio related to T cell related assay remain 5:1 or 4:1 in most of articles?

•Why the above mentioned ratios are maintained? is this ratio resemble the breast tumor microenvironment? can anyone suggest the coculture ratio of Jurkat/T cell : MCF-7 for any T cell mediated studies?
