Hello Everyone,

I'm checking expression for 4-HNE (abcam) (1:2000) by western blotting in mice skin tissue against UV stress. I'm facing struggle to get good visible bands, as I get band view only after exposing for 20 mins in gel doc machine whereas it takes few secs (20~30 sec) to get good band images for loading control beta-actin. I wonder whether it is common or I'm doing wrong in some other steps. Looking forward to all your suggestions.

P.s- I dilute 4-HNE antibody in TBST.
