Dear All,

As I mentioned in the question itself these two beverages are saught after worldwide as a refreshing drink.

Though, I like both tea and coffee the personal preference on day to day basis is always black tea as a freshly infused decoction along with moderate quantity of fresh milk(buffalo/cow).

As far as coffee (the perfect blend of a mixture of Arabica and Robusta which is ideally freshly roasted and ground and added with about forty percent chicory: the roasted and ground root of Chicory: the Chincorium intibus)is concerned it is my occasional choice.

Obviously, Americans and Europians would opt for coffee instead of tea. But my intention here is to find out on the RG platform as to what is their choice with the appropriate reasoning for the same.

When it comes to coffee one goes for alternatives like instant(dehydrated/liquid concentrate) just for convenience but one ends up with lot of compromise on full bodied flavor of freshly ground coffee powder. With the similar reasoning instant tea(dehydrated as ready to serve beverage in hot water)could only be a second choice over fresh tea decoction.

What I gather, as far as the proportion of black, green( added with honey and lemon/lime juice instead of milk) and oolong tea could be 60:30:10 as a rough estimate.

Thanks and regards,

A D Padhye.
