Hi Tanmay, Observation of weight loss in hydrogels is normal and depends on their strength and solution temperature. After a while they start to degradation. Since when do you observe this process? And what time frame did you take to check the swelling of your hydrogel?

My hydrogel takes 6 hrs for stable crosslinking after which I start the swelling study. Intervals are 10 mins, and I continue for 1hr after which I increase the time points depending on reaching a plateau.
