the pH of solutions may be influenced by the proteins presence (the so called protein error or protein shift). This is the consequence of the protein interaction wit the glass electrode. In my opinion, this phenomenon depends strongly on the protein concentration. I suppose compare the pH in the medium with and without the albumin and compare the results. If the difference will be in the range of +-0.1, it is not significant.
Since it is a balance salt solution (BSS) The pH change before and after addition of albumin will be negligible...it will not have any impact on the material that you are going to culture...
