2) Toggle between all and none in DOPE score window.

3) Inspect the check box window right side of the panel.

Suparna Ghosh Thank you for your answer. I have generated 3 models. This time I also use several template sequences. Still, the graph did not show although I have all the plot list ticked, and have clicked the view: fit to data, and show: all. Do you have any idea why this happened?
