I tried higher concentration of cells, but it strange, because the signal at 590nm after 10kV/cm PEF treatment is increasing (but it should decrease if lipids are peroxidized). Overall, I got both signals (510nm and 590nm) increased compared to control (cells without treatment). I don't know why ant what I should change at experiment condition.
