You can browse pathways using K numbers. But as far as your query regarding any pathway getting enriched by the microbiota you are working with goes, If your microbiota is not enriching a pathway it will not be present in your result. Getting desired results from metagenome analysis specially in case of obtaining pathways is quite difficult.

You can try any alternative tool or alter parameters to see whether you getting your desired results or not.
