I am trying to simulate a 3D LPT blade using hybrid meshing in fluent. I made the mesh by merging two meshes in ICEM. The mesh around the blade is made using blocking and other is tetra mesh. Then i merged it at a common interface.
When i set all the boundary conditions and try to initialize the case it shows
Is this becoz of mesh or some scheme. I am using transition model k-kl-w.

you should not worry too much about that, if the solver is starting afterwards without convergence issues. It is just a flow field initialization and should have no (zero) influence on the final solution of the Fluent solver.
It is most likely because the set of boundary conditions of your case leed to an initialization equation which e.g. is a bit more difficult to solve. You may want to try to increase the number of iterations being done during hybrid initialization. But if the Fluent solver is able to get started from the already obtained initialization, than it is fine and not worth any additional effort.

In the advanced settings you can set the number of iterations being spent on hybrid initialization, but I cannot see a way on how to set the tolerance value.
And I mentioned, it is not that important, since it is just for the slightly better initialization of the variable fields for the flow solver. Slightly better in comparison to just specify constant initialization values. So I do not really understand, by what you are bothered and what you like exactly to achieve?
