I am trying to do structural simulation of chassis structure in ABAQUS. Extra solid bodies appears in the simulation results. Chassis is made of hollow pipes and are connected by fillets ( done in solidworks). I observed the geometry, it is hollow inside, and meshing seems fine. But out of nowhere, solid extra bodies appears. Help needed.

You probably forgot extra parts in assembly. Or some parts remained unconnected.

You have certainly left any parts in assembly or it may be possible that connections of the hollow pipes in assembly with fillet are not well connected.

It is very likely that the connection of the hollow pipes in the assembly process, has deficiencies.
