some literature stated that colonization rate of endophytic fungi varies in the thickness of the plant but the literature did not stated why colonization rate varies. does nutrient distribution, absorption of endophytic fungi is one of the reasons? the leaf I used in my study was Cordia dichotoma Forst G. (which has a thin leaf), regarding its endophytic fungi and its activity of antimicrobial, but there are no Researches yet (base on the internet; e.g. elsivier, science direct, springer about it and its endophytic fungi some Review articles about the plant too didn't stated that there are studies about it.
