Temperature effect on pH-buffers is complex. In the case of carbonic acid, not only solubility of CO2 will be affected but, probably, equilibrium in the HCO3- = CO32- + H+ reaction as well. The effect of temperature on pH of a complex solution will depend on many factors: solubility of gases, solubility of salts, equilibrium in the ion-exchange reactions.
