Why does my protein precipitate after dialysis?

My protein forms a loose debris after dialysis, which reduces its performance. What can be done to prevent this?

Hola,

1. You must check the temperature of the dialysis solution, it must be cold, not frozen.

2. You should check the pH of the dialysis solution, preferably it should be neutral.

3. Excess phosphate often precipitates proteins.
