Hello Almost most of the structures that are made with nano-cavity in a row can create a quality factor around 6000 to 9000, but it is almost very difficult for above 9000, especially in this case, the power drops drastically and the wavelength shift reduces the output efficiency. It even biases all-optical sensors to detect wavelength changes. Give your opinion on this matter?
