In the TGA graphs, which compound (materials), may have a sudden peak in the temperature range? Does it mean that the molecular weight increases suddenly and then decreases in these graphs?

An increase of mass in TGA can be originated from an artifact as said by Aleksandar. Sometimes, an oxidation of sample can be observed, leading to increase the mass. But if you work under an inert media (Ar, N2,...), there is normally no reason to observe such a phenomenum.
T GA does not give you mol. wt. It gives thermal stability and few more informations. There may be sudden increase in gas flow or corrent spike. The mol. wt. may change fast for low molecular weight polymers. At higher mol. wt the change is insignificat. You can differentiate by using DSC.
